About alert reliability (what this does and does not promise)
What it does: when a job arrives, this screen rings and repeats, getting louder and faster until you tap ACKNOWLEDGE. Levels: a double chirp after 0s, more and faster bursts at 20s, 45s, 90s and 180s.
What it cannot promise: phone operating systems throttle or suspend background browser tabs; silent/DND modes mute web audio; Bluetooth and CarPlay may route the alarm to an output you cannot hear. Keep the driver screen open on a powered mount during a shift, set the phone's ringer on, and pair your audio the way you want it. If the alarm is missed while the screen is suspended, it is still pending here — the moment this screen comes back it rings again. A native app with push for a locked phone is the next build.
