Built around the moment a job arrives

An alarm, not a notification

Repeating bursts that escalate at 20s, 45s, 90s and 180s — louder and faster — and stop only on an explicit acknowledgement. The alert stays pending on the server, so reopening the screen resumes it.

Nothing lost when the signal drops

Every status change, note and photo is written locally first and retried until it syncs. Photos taken with no bars upload themselves when the truck is back in range — and the app shows you what is still queued.

A ledger, not a chat

En route → on scene → loaded → complete, each with its own timestamp, notes and photos per job. The end-of-day record writes itself.

Do I need to switch dispatchers?

No. TowSheet is for operators who take their own calls. Motor-club jobs keep coming through whatever system sends them today.

What if the alarm is wrong?

Any operator can acknowledge in one tap from the lock screen or the driver screen; the ledger records who acknowledged and how long it took.

Does it work with no signal?

Yes — the driver screen runs from local storage, and queued work syncs when the truck finds signal. Nothing is thrown away on a failed upload.
