What we collect

• Account details: name, company, email, phone, password hash.
• Job records you create: job type, vehicle description, location, notes, photos, status timestamps, alert acknowledgements.
• Billing identifiers from Stripe (customer and subscription ids only; card data never reaches us).
• Operational logs (request time, error) kept to run and secure the Service.

How we use it

To deliver alerts, keep your ledger, bill your subscription, provide support, and meet legal obligations. We do not sell personal data and do not use it for advertising.

Where it lives

Data is stored on Fly.io (US, Virginia). Photos and the database sit on the same volume; access is limited to the operator and TowSheet staff who need it for support.

Retention

Job records are kept while your account is active and deleted or anonymised after cancellation, except where law requires longer.

Your rights

Depending on your jurisdiction you can request access, correction, export or deletion: support@towsheet.algd.store. You can complain to your data-protection authority.
